Why I Started Spincy

I’ve always believed food should be more than just convenient — it should be fresh, healthy, and full of heart. After years of working in restaurants, I saw too many places relying on frozen, oily food with no soul. Spincy is my way of offering something better.

I work directly with local farmers to source fresh, high-quality chicken. Supporting other small businesses is important to me — it’s how we strengthen our community, not by depending on giant food chains and national distributors.

As someone who struggled financially during school, I know how hard it is to afford a warm, nourishing meal. That’s why we started our “Donate a Meal” option — so anyone in need, especially students, can enjoy real food made with care.
